CardiAction Screening Australia Pty Ltd, ACN: 686 029 194 (“CSA”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the cardiovascular risk screening services provided by CardiAction Screening Australia Pty Ltd (CSA) through the CardiAction digital platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
CSA offers a wellness-focused cardiovascular risk screening service. The service uses validated biometric tools to provide an indication of your risk of cardiovascular events such as a heart attack or stroke.
This is not a medical service.
No clinical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is offered.
You are encouraged to seek medical advice from a qualified health professional such as a GP if your results indicate an elevated risk.
CSA delivers its services using the CardiAction digital platform integrated with a BP+ machine from Uscomm Pty Ltd. CardiAction is licensed from CardiAction Pty Ltd. The platform is hosted on secure infrastructure operated by authorised technology service providers. Access is provided to you solely for the purpose of participating in CSA’s screening service.
When you use our services, you agree to:
Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
Use the service only for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes
Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
Not impersonate another person or misuse the platform in any way
You may not:
Modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the CardiAction platform or CSA service
Use the platform or content to promote or engage in unlawful conduct
Permit unauthorised third-party access to your results or account
Misrepresent CSA’s service as a medical or diagnostic offering
All intellectual property in the CardiAction platform and service content remains the property of CSA, CardiAction Pty Ltd, or their licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform solely for the purposes of participating in CSA’s screening service.
You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.
To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law:
CSA makes no guarantee of clinical accuracy, diagnosis, or treatment outcomes.
The screening results are intended for awareness and wellbeing purposes only.
CSA disclaims all warranties except those which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the re-supply of the services or the cost of re-supply.
CSA collects and handles your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. Key provisions include:
Your data is securely stored on infrastructure licensed to CSA
Your information is accessed only by authorised personnel and support providers
Personal and health data is used solely for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy
If you stop using the service or withdraw your consent, CSA will cease using your personal and identifiable information. However, previously collected de-identified data (which can no longer reasonably be linked to your identity) may continue to be used for:
Public health research
Service improvement
Statistical and population health trend analysis
This use is ethical, lawful, and compliant with Australian privacy principles and health research guidelines.
You may stop using the service at any time. CSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
CSA may remove access to the platform for misuse, unlawful conduct, or system integrity reasons.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Updated terms will be published on our website or platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
CSA provides its screening services through approved delivery locations, including pharmacies and corporate premises. These locations act as hosts only. All screening services are administered by CSA and its authorised personnel, whether they are CSA employees or independent contractors.
Any queries or concerns about the service should be directed to CSA, not the host location.
Screening services may be provided by CSA-trained personnel, including independent contractors. These screeners are trained in accordance with CSA’s protocols but are not providing clinical or diagnostic services. Their role is to administer wellness assessments based on standardised procedures. All results are intended for informational purposes only.
CSA maintains professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate for the nature of its wellness screening services. These insurances cover activities carried out under CSA’s protocols but do not extend to any diagnosis, treatment, or independent advice provided by third parties not authorised by CSA.
Host locations (such as pharmacies or corporate partners) are not covered by CSA’s professional indemnity and are responsible for their own premises, facilities, and public liability coverage.
By using the CSA service, you acknowledge that:
The screening is for general wellness and informational purposes only;
No diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice is provided;
The service may be delivered by trained contractors acting under CSA’s protocols
